MEG16: Worldwide Welcome

The new MEG generation has officially started their first semester. On Wednesday, the students met for the very first time in a virtual space that united time zones across the world.

Even though the amount of daylight varied across zoom's gallery view of faces, it was clear, that 40 digital minds attended the first online session of the MEG programme. After being introduced to the staff and the programme, the students got to know each other by defining their mutual interests. For this, digital tools were used, which defined the common ground for the international group of students.

The corona restrictions have changed the format of the teaching, yet, the programme adapts. On Monday, the students will log in to their first module "Sustainability and Governance".
