MEG14 Team Skill Weekend

The weekend started off with a nice snowy walk over farmers' fields to Studienhaus Wiesneck. Over the two days, the students participated in interactive workshops organized by freelancer in mediation and moderation Marina Leibfried and programme coordinator Esther Muschelknautz. The students were taught skills like how to give good feedback and how to define team roles according to Meredith Belbin’s nine theoretical categories.
Although there was a lot of content to get through, the students were still able to relax and have fun by building a snowman, having snowball fights, playing trivial pursuit and other festivities. Altogether, the students found the weekend very informative and fun.
